Going Pink in 2010....

Very few in today's world can say they have not been affected in some way by cancer. Be it a family member, a close friend, or a friend of a friend......it knows no boundary's.

This year in 2010 I am proud to be a part of Victory Archery's Pink Arrow project. Victory is offering a full line of their Vforce arrows in Pink with a large percentage of the proceeds going to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Check em' out here and do your part by grabbing a few.....Join me in helping to support a great cause while shooting a killer arrow. I'll be sporting a full quiver of Pink in 2010!

The Reason.......

Motivation. Determination. Drive. This is what I have committed myself to. This is how I become a better hunter. This is how I prepare for mountains, canyons, hunger, pain, backbreaking meat trips, and most of all, the moment of truth. The moment where everything you have worked for, everything you have dreamed about is right in front of you, and it's what you do in that second that determines success or failure. For me, it's not a question of if I have what it takes, it's a question of when. In my book failure is never an option, it's only a temporary obstacle.

My hope for the following information is plain and simple. To make certain there is no question that I did everything in my power to prepare myself for bowhunting success. That through my training, shooting, and thought, I have pushed hard enough to take "chance" out of the equation. My father, a very accomplished bowhunter and all around wise man told me "With bowhunting, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey". Wise words from the man I owe my love for this sport to. Below is my journey.
